Patch 1 extends the capability of RFID2 class library to provide support for RD5000, XR4XX, and MC9090 readers. The patch SMDK-M-1.07.03-P1 contains the following:
The Host DLL and the C# sample are now capably of handling 8 antenna ports on XR480 readers.
Host applications can now connect to the XR reader while the reader is in a polling state.
In general, provides better performance for the MC9090 and RD5000 readers.
Now provides seamless application performance during battery changes and suspend/resumes events. The Device DLL now supports power notification events.
The trigger events are now reliably handled via the Resource Coordination assembly in the device sample.
Europe, Korean, and US DRM (Dense Reader Mode) readers are detected automatically providing accurate maximum and minimum power values.
The samples updated were to the C# samples only; the Visual Basic .NET samples will be updated in the future.
